Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver booked employment consulting sessions, meet legal obligations, and — with consent — understand website traffic. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in running a consulting practice, legal obligation, and consent where required (for example non-essential cookies).

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing booking or legal claim. Session notes and documents are retained for up to 36 months after the last session, then deleted or anonymised, unless tax or accounting rules require longer storage of invoices.
