Soft Engine Co provides employment consulting focused on interview preparation for engineering and IT applicants in Germany. Session descriptions on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed only when Soft Engine Co accepts your request in writing and you agree the fee.
No outcome guarantee
Interview preparation improves readiness; it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Soft Engine Co is not a recruitment agency and does not place candidates into jobs.
Intellectual property
Website content, session materials created by Soft Engine Co, and branding remain our property. You may use personal debrief notes for your own interview preparation. You may not republish our materials commercially without written permission.
Client materials
You confirm you have the right to share CVs, job descriptions, and offer documents you send us. We use them only to deliver the booked session.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soft Engine Co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from employment decisions you make after a session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under German law.
