How it works

A clear rehearsal path before your interview week

Soft Engine Co runs employment consulting sessions for engineering and IT applicants in Germany. Here is what happens from first message to post-session notes.

  1. Share the interview context

Send the role, company type, interview format, and where you feel least steady — architecture questions, German workplace norms, salary talk, or behavioural stories.

  2. Agree the session focus

We confirm whether you need a full mock technical interview, a hiring briefing, STAR coaching, or an offer review call, plus time and delivery mode.

  3. Run the live session

You answer under realistic timing. We interrupt only when a German panel would, then pause for coaching on structure and clarity.

  4. Receive a written debrief

Within one business day you get notes on strong answers, weak spots, and a short rehearsal list for the days before your real interview.

What to bring

Materials that make the session useful

Bring the job posting, the interview agenda if you have one, and two or three projects where you owned a decision. If your interview is in German, tell us in advance so we can match the language of the practice round.

If you already have feedback from a previous rejection, share it. Employment consulting works best when we can target the exact gap German hiring managers flagged.
