Who this session is for
Engineers and IT professionals interviewing with German employers who want a realistic practice round before a technical screen or on-site. Ideal when the agenda includes system design, ownership of past projects, and follow-up questions from an engineering lead.
What you walk away with
You leave with timed practice under interview pressure, spoken feedback during the session, and a written debrief the same business day. The debrief names which answers held, where you lost the thread, and three rehearsal priorities for the days ahead.
Scope
Included: 90 minutes live, a role-matched question set, interruption style similar to German panels, and written notes covering pacing, structure, and clarity.
Not included: CV rewriting as a standalone service, application submission, guarantee of an interview outcome, or multi-hour pair-programming assessments.
How the session runs
- Five-minute briefing on the fictional company and role we will use.
- Sixty to seventy minutes of questions with brief coaching pauses.
- Closing review of strongest answers and next rehearsal steps.

Send your CV or LinkedIn, the real job description when available, and two projects you want to discuss. If the interview language is German, say so when you book so the practice round matches.

Sessions are delivered by Soft Engine Co as employment consulting for applicants in Germany. Video call is standard; in-person sessions can be arranged around our Sachsen-Anhalt base when schedules allow.
